This is one of Joker's sessions with Dr. Quinzel after being admitted into Arkham Asylum. Harley has taken off Joker's straitjacket so they can have a little therapy. I imagine this scene takes place after The Dark Knight, though I have no idea how that movie ends, or indeed if Harley will ever show up in this franchise.
Why is Joker still wearing his make-up? I figure either the hospital lets him wear it as part of his rehabilitation... or by this point he's tattooed it on... or Harley just keeps a stash of face paint in her office for him so he can look his best, lol.
I considered titling this "Seduction of the Innocent," a pun on the infamous book that claimed that comic books were corrupting our youth, and here you have an actual comic book villain literally corrupting someone, but then, Harley never was much of an innocent, was she?
So, instead I chose "Session," another joke if you know The Offspring song by that name.
It was hard for me to draw Joker's expression in this scene. My first attempts had him looking too tender, and Joker is anything but. I tried to make him look evil, and perhaps a bit angry that this chick is so into him when all he's really looking for is a way to escape out of Arkham. He's like, yeah, I'll seduce you, but you get on my nerves. Harley, of course, is blissfully oblivious.
